Manchester City beat Sheffield United 1-0 to keep their place at the top of the Premier League table.

Gabriel Jesus gave Pep Guardiola's side the lead in the ninth minute with the striker meeting Ferran Torres's cross to finish from close range.

That goal was enough to ensure City got their eighth successive league win and fifth clean sheet in a row.
