Man United knock Barcelona out of Europa League after stirring second-half comeback

Manchester United produced a scintillating fight back to beat Barcelona 2-1 at Old Trafford on Thursday and advance to the Europa League round of 16 4-3 on aggregate.

After a memorable first leg ended 2-2, Man United fell behind in the tie and on the night when Robert Lewandowski's 18th minute penalty just about beat David de Gea after Bruno Fernandes had grabbed at Alex Balde in the box for a soft spot kick.

But United were rejuvenated following the half-time interval and the introduction of Antony in place of Wout Weghorst.
