According to the Mirror, Manchester City are set to offer Raheem Sterling a new contract as reward for his form under Pep Guardiola.
The 25-year-old is in his fifth year at the Etihad Stadium and has three remaining on his existing deal, but we’re very keen to tie him down for what should be the best years of his career.
If Sterling signs a new deal, the Mirror say he could earn more than £300k-per-week/£15.6m-a-year.
The England international joined from Liverpool in 2015 and has gone on to make 256 appearances in all competitions, scoring 105 goals with 79 assists.
