Man City approach £36m-valued “solid gold” World Cup winner – Report

According to a report from Foot Mercato, Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman has been contacted by Man City ahead of a potential move – with the Frenchman potentially seen as a player who can replicate want-away star Leroy Sane.

Coman, who has started 17 Bundesliga games for the league leaders this season, scoring four goals and assisting three others, has previously worked under City boss Pep Guardiola in Bavaria and looks now to be at the centre of interests.

As well as Coman, City have their eyes on fellow Bayern midfielder Thiago Alcantara who Guardiola has also coached at both Barca and Bayern – with the Sky Blues now eyeing a potential double-swoop ahead of our bid to regain the Premier League crown next season.
