Liverpool have reportedly identified Bayern Munich winger Leroy Sane as their first-choice target to replace Mohamed Salah.
As reported by The Mirror, Liverpool are prepared to break their club transfer record for Sane.
If it was to go ahead then a deal for Sane would surpass the fee paid for Darwin Nunez, who cost £64.2million plus £21.4million in add-ons when he joined Liverpool from Benfica in 2022.
Jurgen Klopp is a huge admirer of Germany international Sane and wants to lure him back to the Premier League.
