Kind-hearted Jack Grealish stops to hug a Manchester City fan suffering with cerebral palsy and makes the 14-year-old's 'dream come true' by signing a shirt for her before helping his side reach the FA Cup fourth round

Jack Grealish made a young Manchester City fan's day by taking the time to sign some shirts for the teenage girl, who is fighting cerebral palsy.

Before City's 4-1 FA Cup win over Fulham on Saturday, the England international went over to meet 14-year-old Abbie Pinder and signed two City shirts for her, before giving her a heartwarming hug.

Miss Pinder described meeting Grealish as a 'dream come true', while her mother, Zoe, was brought to tears when the £100million City star gave up a minute of his time to meet her daughter.
