Kevin De Bruyne 'is definitely the best player in the Premier League at the moment,' according to his Belgian teammate and Chelsea star Eden Hazard.
The Manchester City playmaker has been sensational under manager Pep Guardiola this season as his team occupy top spot in the Premier League table, eight points clear of rivals Manchester United.
De Bruyne has contributed two goals and six assists in 11 Premier League appearances and even scored the winner when City met Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on September 30.
De Bruyne was sold by Chelsea to Wolfsburg for just £18million in January 2014 after he failed to earn a regular spot in the side, but Hazard believes he is now a vital cog in Guardiola's machine.
