Jordan Henderson has revealed he would select Aston Villa star Jack Grealish as his Premier League player of the calendar year.
The Liverpool captain saw his side claim their first league title in 30 years in 2019-20 as Jurgen Klopp's men finished 18 points ahead of second place Manchester City.
Henderson also saw Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane score a combined 45 goals in 2019-20, but the England midfielder snubbed the forward trio and the rest of his Liverpool teammates to pick out Grealish, who helped Villa stay in the top flight last season.
