Jack Grealish has continued his heartwarming relationship with a young Manchester City fan after wearing a t-shirt designed by the supporter.
Throughout the World Cup, the winger has maintained a strong bond with City fan Finlay Fisher - who has cerebral palsy - ever since he dedicated his goal against Iran to the 12-year-old.
The duo have had a series of touching moments throughout the tournament but they may have all been topped by Grealish's recent actions which saw him appear in a special shirt before England's clash with Senegal.
