'I'm disgusted... he's a guy whose word means nothing': Yaya Toure slammed by raging Botafogo chief after he agreed to join Brazilian side before moving to Vasco de Gama instead

Yaya Toure has been slammed by Botafogo chief Ricardo Rotenberg after the Ivorian seemingly agreed to join the Brazilian side before signing with Vasco de Gama instead.

Rotenberg, vice-chairman of Botafogo, of Brazil's Serie A, was under the impression he had the former Manchester City star's word after the pair held talks over moving to the club.

However, Toure has since committed to a deal to sign for Vasco, Botafogo's rivals in Brazil, leaving Rotenberg aghast.
