Lothar Matthaus was left stunned by Manchester City's decision to sell Jadon Sancho to Borussia Dortmund because Pep Guardiola has such 'a good eye for young talent.'
The England forward, now 20, moved from City to Dortmund for £8million in 2017 after turning down a new contract at the Etihad Stadium amid concerns over his route to Guardiola's first team.
Sancho has since flourished in the Bundesliga and is enjoying another excellent campaign with 17 goals and 19 assists in all competition for Dortmund.
