Manchester City are all but through to the Champions League quarter finals after thrashing last 16 opponents 4-0 in their first leg encounter at St Jakob's Park.
The visitors dominated from start to finish and broke the deadlock on 14 minutes when Ilkay Gundogan guided a header into net from Kevin De Bruyne's corner.
Moments later, Bernadro Silva doubled their advantage with a neat finish before Sergio Aguero's long-range effort gave City a 3-0 lead going into the break.
Gundogan bagged his second and City's fourth with a wonderful curling strike to round off a spectacular night for Pep Guardiola's side.
