Erling Haaland breaks Manchester City's single-season goalscoring record after notching in 4-1 win over Bournemouth... as Norwegian overtakes Sergio Aguero with 27th league strike to claim the accolade

Erling Haaland can't seem to stop scoring goals and it's lead to him claiming another impressive accolade during his debut season in English football.

The Manchester City star notched his 27th Premier League goal of the season during his side's 4-1 win over Bournemouth on Saturday and, in doing so, made history.

The goal ensured Haaland broke City's single-season goalscoring record in the Premier League, a title which had previously been by Sergio Aguero.

The Argentinian striker's best campaign in-front of goal for the club came during the 2014/15 season, where he notched 26 goals.
