City were crowned champions on Saturday following Nottingham Forest's victory over Arsenal, but had to wait 24 hours until they could properly celebrate due to their own game against Chelsea on Sunday.
After beating the Blues 1-0 and lifting the trophy in front of their fans at the Etihad Stadium, the players and their partners headed over to a Manchester nightclub to party into the early hours.
