Crystal Palace have made enquiries about Flamengo's exciting attacking midfielder Matheus Franca.
Sources in Brazil say Palace have shown a willingness to offer £15million plus a sell-on percentage for the 18-year old who broke into Flamengo's first team last year.
Indeed, the teenager is rated so highly that the club tied him to a five year contract last January which includes an £87m (100m Euro) release clause, the biggest in the club's history.
