Barcelona have ruled themselves out of a move for Manchester City star Bernardo Silva, as they refuse to stump up his £70.8million price tag.
Silva, who joined Premier League champions City back in 2017 from Monaco, was heavily linked with a switch to the Catalan giants during the summer.
The Portugal international has even admitted his desire to potentially start a new project away from City recently.
Silva's comments will have put a number of elite clubs on alert and you would have assumed Barcelona would have been top of that list, given the interest they've shown in the 28-year-old in recent seasons.
