Arsenal forced to turn to David Luiz after Rob Holding suffered hamstring injury in the warm-up ahead of Manchester City clash as Brazilian returns to the scene of his disastrous 25-minute cameo at the Etihad in June

Arsenal were forced to turn to David Luiz who started their game against Manchester City on Saturday, following a disastrous game against Pep Guardiola's side in June.

The Brazilian centre-back had an awful 25 minute cameo during a 3-0 defeat the Etihad back in June.

His mistake allowed Manchester City to bag an opener before he then gave away a penalty which saw him also receive a red card.

Luiz was not in the starting line-up for Saturday's return to the Etihad but Mikel Arteta was forced into a change before the game had even begun.
