Australia star Aaron Mooy has credited the "unreal" fans of recently promoted Premier League side Huddersfield Town for his meteoric rise to prominence on the international stage.
Mooy, 26, joined Huddersfield on loan from Manchester City at the beginning of last season and blossomed into one of the Championship's most talented midfielders, playing a pivotal role in the club's historic promotion to the English top flight.
Speaking to ESPN in Melbourne ahead of Australia's friendly against Brazil on Tuesday, Mooy said it was the generous and welcoming Huddersfield fans that really helped him find his feet when he first arrived at the club.
