Manchester City confirmed on Monday that Arijanet Muric returned from his loan spell at Girona and will spend the rest of the season at Willem II – his fourth loan move in three years after short-lived stints away from the Etihad Stadium.
The 22-year-old joined City from Grasshopper Club Zurich in 2015 and has gone on to make five appearances in all competitions for City, He finds himself behind Ederson, Zach Steffen and Scott Carson in the pecking order, however, which is why he’s been sent out on loan so often.
