Birmingham, Ala. – The No. 4 LSU women's golf team beat Arkansas 3-2-0 in the quarterfinals of 2021 SEC Championship Match Play on Saturday morning, before falling to Mississippi State, 3-1-1, in the semifinals at the Greystone Golf and Country Club Legacy Course.
Up next for the Tigers is the 2021 NCAA Regional at The University Club in Baton Rouge, May 10-12.
"I am extremely proud of the way these ladies played this week," said LSU head coach Garrett Runion. "They fought until the very end. They did some pretty incredible things and broke some very impressive records.
