In the midst of the coronavirus outbreak that has pressed the pause button on the nation, nearly everyone, including LSU coaches, is doing their best to help the current crisis.
There are numerous ways to help. And most folks are putting the needs of others first.
But there’s one specific thing that LSU coaches are doing that I think is commendable and worth noting.
Actually, it’s something they’re not doing.
Several LSU coaches, including basketball coach Will Wade, are going to miss out on contracted postseason bonuses because of the novel coronavirus. In Wade’s case, he stands to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars.
