LSU star linebacker and captain Whit Weeks missed the Vanderbilt game with an ankle injury. Weeks was wearing a walking boot on the sidelines during the game, and Tiger fans are eager to see him back on the field. His presence was sorely missed against the Commodores, as the Vanderbilt offense faced little to no resistance all game long en route to handing LSU a 31-24 loss.
But Tiger fans haven't gotten any positive updates related to Weeks' availability for Saturday night's battle against Texas A&M. According to On3's Shea Dixon, Weeks has yet to practice this week.
