ATHENS, GA. — The LSU women's swimming team returned to Gabrielsen Natatorium in Athens, Georgia, Saturday morning to compete in the final prelims session of the 2021 SEC Championships. The Tigers will be back in action tonight as Finals will begin at 5 p.m. CT.
IN THE POOL
During prelims, a total of 18 Tigers swam across four events including the 200-Yard Backstroke, 100-Yard Freestyle, 200-Yard Breaststroke, and the 200-Yard Butterfly.
Summer Stanfield earned her spot in the 'B' Final of the 200-Yard Backstroke finishing 12th with a time of 1:55.
