This past Sunday was a day that LSU Football fans won't forget for a long time. After another disappointing season, LSU made the decision to fire Brian Kelly in a bombshell move that had to happen. Kelly had lost the fan base and was never able to consistently win at a high level, which led to several seasons of frustration in Baton Rouge. He leaves LSU with a 19-10 record in SEC play and zero College Football Playoff appearances.
Saturday night's lopsided 49-25 loss to Texas A&M in Death Valley was the last straw. Kelly's Tigers were thoroughly out-coached and out-played in front of their home crowd, which led to fans leaving for the exits in the second half.
