They're kind of the blank canvas of tailgating, and while burgers sound plain to some, if you're creative you can find a lot of ways to dress them up, either through toppings or mixing your own burgers yourself. I'm a fan of folding in some diced jalapenos and grated pepperjack cheese with the ground meat.
No. 10 Smoked Chicken
If you're smoking something, chicken's usually down the list behind pork or beef, but if you have a good rub, and maybe a good mop you can have a lot of fun with this.
