It took us a while, but we made it through the first round of the Ultimate Tailgate Bracket. There were buzzer-beaters. Mouths watered. Haters hated. Lovers loved. Feelings were hurt.
As you might expect, chalk kind of carried the day.
There were two 5/12 upsets, WatsonTiger is still crying that Oreo Balls weren't one of ‘em. Tomorrow, we'll get round two crackin' with a regional a day. Since there are still a couple more rounds to go we're going to crank this thing up into overdrive and speed up the voting to 24 hours per contest, so we can have this round wrapped up by the weekend.
