ORLANDO – LSU sophomore Latanna Stone finished 5-under to take the top spot at the 2021 Orlando International Amateur, Tuesday at the Orange Country National Golf Center and Lodge.
Stone, who grew up just an hour and a half away in Riverview, Florida, beat out the field of more than 100 in the three-day tournament. Stone ended her final round with a 1-over 73 to just edge out Haeley Wotonosky of the University of Virginia.
This marks the end of a busy winter break for Stone who also represented the United States at the Arnold Palmer Cup in December.
