Shaquille O’Neal is in Baton Rouge this weekend for his annual golf tournament and will attend Saturday’s game against Mississippi State. He and LSU basketball coach Johnny Jones are using the event to raise money for Louisiana flood victims.
O’Neal stopped by my radio show Thursday to promote the fundraiser, and the conversation eventually led to LSU’s quarterback situation; junior Danny Etling appears ready to get his first LSU start against the Bulldogs.
