One of the crucial remaining pieces of LSU’s 2020 recruiting efforts has announced his commitment date. Baton Rouge defensive lineman Jaquelin Roy, the No. 2 player in the state of Louisiana and the 56th overall prospect in the country, per the 247 Sports Composite, will choose among LSU, Alabama and Texas A&M on Friday, July 26, at a party with friends and family.
Roy had been previously committed to LSU but opened himself back up earlier this year. He has since visited A&M officially and has stated publicly that he does plan to visit both LSU and Alabama.
