Numerous analysts/publications are down on LSU football heading into the 2020 season thanks to the massive exodus of talent from Baton Rouge this offseason.
The Tigers lost 14 players to the 2020 NFL Draft, including star quarterback Joe Burrow and the nation’s leader in receptions, wide receiver Justin Jefferson (LSU also lost several players that signed with NFL teams as undrafted free agents, including tight end Thaddeus Moss).
With that much talent gone, there’s simply no way the Tigers will repeat their magical 2019 season.
But LSU is still a dangerous team.
