SAN JOSE Del CABO, Mexico – The No. 19 LSU women's golf team earned its fourth Top-3 finish of the Fall season as the Tigers finished in second place at the Battle at the Beach in San José Del Cabo, Mexico.
The Tigers shot 5-under 283 in the final round, ending up even for the tournament. It was LSU's sixth round this season of par or under. Freshmen Latanna Stone and Ingrid Lindblad picked up Top-5 finishes in the individual standings.
"This was a great way to end the Fall season," said second-year head coach Garrett Runion.
