Baton Rouge—The LSU men's tennis team starts their Spring 2021 campaign on Friday, January 14, hosting Alcorn State at the LSU Tennis Complex at 2 p.m.
This is the second straight year the Tigers will face Braves for their first two matches of the season. In 2019, LSU swept Alcorn State, 7-0, in the first match and, 4-0, in the second match.
LSU looks to improve on their 10-6 record from 2019's shortened season. The Tigers have seven returning athletes in Malik Bhatnagar, Tomas Descarrega, Ronald Hohmann, Boris Kozlov, Joey Thomas, Rafael Wagner, and Nick Watson.
