Nashville, Tenn. – Connor Gaunt (-5) and Garrett Barber (-3) continued their phenomenal play for the LSU men's golf team on Monday at the Vanderbilt Legends Intercollegiate. The Tigers carded their lowest round of the season on Monday, a 9-under 275, to hold steady in fifth place at 17-under 551 (276-275) after two rounds at the Vanderbilt Legends Club.
For the second straight day the Tigers showed their scoring power on the back nine with a combined 16 birdies and an eagle. LSU finished the back nine at 13-under on Monday after shooting 10-under during the later stages of Sunday's round.
