Baton Rouge, La. – The LSU Invitational wrapped up Sunday at the University Club. LSU finished in 13th for the three day, 54-hole tournament
Michael Sanders (ind.) had LSU's best finish of the weekend with a three round total of 6-over 222. He shot rounds of 77-68-77 en route to a tie for 21st. Sanders capitalized on the 12 par 5s he played throughout the tournament racking up a cumulative score of 4-under par on those holes; it was the sixth best par 5 scoring average (4.67 avg.)
