BATON ROUGE, La — Cade Doughty, Drew Bianco and Giovanni DiGiacomo combined for six hits and seven RBI's, as all three Tigers launched a home run during LSU's 13-5 Sunday afternoon victory against the Alabama Crimson Tide inside Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field.
LSU starter Ma'Khail Hilliard (5-0) picked up the hard-fought win, pitching five solid innings, giving up three runs on four hits, while walking one and striking out seven.
Alabama starter Connor Prielipp (1-1) took the loss, throwing one inning and gave up two runs on three hits.
