Don’t panic, LSU fans: Derrius Guice is fighting an injury, but the health concerns don’t appear serious for the Tigers’ top offensive weapon.
Guice said that he is a “little nicked” from Saturday’s 37-7 loss to Mississippi State, as reported by Ross Dellenger of The Advocate of Baton Rouge.

The injury appeared to occur during a third-quarter run, in which Guice was stacked up at the line and fell awkwardly under the weight of multiple Bulldogs.
Coach Ed Orgeron said Guice was held out of Monday’s practice because of a “minor injury” and that the move was only a precaution.
