LSU football‘s 2022 recruiting class received a big boost on Thursday with the commitment of four-star defensive tackle Tygee Hill.
Hill, 6-foot-3/280 lbs from New Orleans, LA (Edna Karr), is ranked in 247Sports’ composite rankings as the No. 24 defensive tackle in the country. He’s also rated as the No. 16 overall player in Louisiana.
The talented defensive lineman told Rivals this week that he committed to the Tigers in part due to the “consistent communication” from LSU head coach Ed Orgeron and wide receivers coach Mickey Joseph (a New Orleans area native).
