LSU football added some more talent to its 2022 recruiting class on Saturday afternoon.
2022 three-star defensive lineman Fitzgerald West committed to the Tigers on Saturday over Alabama, SMU, and Tulane.
West, 6-foot-2/325 lbs from Lafayette, LA (Lafayette Christian Academy), is ranked in 247Sports’ composite rankings as the No. 140 defensive lineman in the country and the No. 44 player in Louisiana.
The talented defensive lineman announced his commitment at a ceremony at Lafayette Christian.
“I’m going to get straight to it. Without further ado, I’ll be taking my talents to Louisiana State University,” said West (via Rivals.
