LSU football quarterback Myles Brennan was on an impressive pace in 2020 before an injury sidelined him for the final seven games of the season.
In three games, Brennan tossed for 1,112 yards, 11 touchdowns, and three interceptions.
Over a 15 game season, those numbers extrapolate to 5,560 yards, 55 touchdowns, and 15 interceptions.
That’s not too far off from Joe Burrow’s incredible 2019 season (Burrow passed for 5,671 yards, 60 touchdowns, and six interceptions in 2019).
Unfortunately for Brennan, an abdomen injury meant his season was over after his impressive three-game stretch to start the year.
