LSU football quarterback Myles Brennan is in an extremely strange position entering the 2021 season.
In fact, it might be the oddest situation I’ve ever seen for a quarterback.
Brennan, a redshirt senior, was the Tigers’ starting quarterback to begin the 2020 season.
An abdomen injury, however, sidelined Brennan after three games. He missed the final seven games of the season.
True freshmen TJ Finley, who transferred to Auburn this offseason, and Max Johnson started in Brennan’s absence.
Johnson finished the season as the Tigers’ starter, going 2-0 against Florida and Ole Miss.
