LSU football should be in a good position to land one of the nation’s top 2022 recruits.
Four-star quarterback Walker Howard, 6-foot-1/179 lbs from Lafayette, LA, is one of the most sought after players in the 2022 recruiting class.
And he’s an LSU legacy.
Howard, who is rated by 247Sports as the No. 4 player in the state of Louisiana and the No. 2 pro-style quarterback in the nation, is the son of former Tigers quarterback Jamie Howard, who played at LSU from 1992-95.
Oddly enough, Howard has never started a high school game. But that will change this upcoming season.
