Five-star running back Rueben Owens, 5-foot-11/187 lbs from El Campo, TX (El Campo), committed to the Longhorns in late February.
But that doesn’t mean he’s stopped looking around at other programs.
In fact, Owens recently took a visit to Baton Rouge.
