LSU football appears to be in the driver’s seat for one of the nation’s best 2021 wide receivers.
Rivals national recruiting analyst Rob Cassidy recently ranked the contenders for four-star wide receiver Jacorey Brooks and he has the Tigers as the team most likely to land the dynamic wide receiver.
Brooks, 6-foot-3/183 lbs from Miami, FL (Booker T. Washington), is rated in 247Sports’ composite rankings as the No. 2 wide receiver in the nation and the No. 25 overall recruit in the country.
Cassidy noted that Brooks has “long loved Ed Orgeron’s program”, while adding “LSU will have their pick at wide receiver, so a lot of this is about the program’s preference”.
