LSU football identifies replacement for K’Lavon Chaisson on recruiting trail

LSU football’s K’Lavon Chaisson was one of 14 Tigers selected in the 2020 NFL Draft.

The Jacksonville Jaguars drafted Chaisson in the first round with the No. 20 overall pick.

Chaisson didn’t put up monster numbers at LSU in 2019 (6.5 sacks), but he clearly showed enough potential to be a first round pick.

With Chaisson off to the NFL, it means LSU will have to identify replacements for the dynamic pass rusher.

The Tigers have several options already on the roster to fill Chaisson’s role (a role that will change a bit in Bo Pelini’s new 4-3 defense).
