LSU football is at a point right now where they’re basically only pursuing the nation’s top-rated recruits.
Take the recruitment of 2021 three-star running back Logan Diggs for example.
Diggs is from Baton Rouge and he’s rated as the No. 17 player in the state of Louisiana. Not bad for being in such a talent-rich state. But Diggs still doesn’t have an offer from the Tigers. That just shows the kind of elite players Ed Orgeron and his staff are recruiting.
