When Ed Orgeron hired Jake Peetz to serve as LSU football‘s offensive coordinator, the idea was that Peetz would bring the Joe Brady style of offense back to Baton Rouge.
Peetz worked under Brady this past season with the Carolina Panthers. Brady served as the Panthers’ offensive coordinator and Peetz was his quarterbacks coach.
(Orgeron also hired Panthers offensive assistant DJ Mangas as the Tigers’ passing game coordinator. Mangas previously worked at LSU as an analyst.)
Peetz is expected to have a big impact on the Tigers’ offense in 2021.
