LSU football quarterback Myles Brennan was unable to lead the Tigers to a win in his first career start.
LSU football quarterback Myles Brennan, a redshirt junior, had a successful debut if you look solely at the box score.
Brennan tossed for 345 yards, three touchdowns, and two interceptions. He completed 27 of his 46 pass attempts.
Not bad for a kid making his first career start.
But “not bad” doesn’t get the job done in Baton Rouge — especially after the 2019 Tigers completely dominated everyone they played last season.
