The morning after winning the national championship, LSU football head coach Ed Orgeron appeared on the Barstool Sports podcast Pardon My Take.
And he wasn’t shy about making a regal declaration.
When Orgeron, who appeared on the podcast after Joe Burrow, was asked by Barstool Sports if he was the king of Louisiana, he responded in the most Coach O way possible.
“I think Joe Burrow is, you just talked to the king of Louisiana”, said Orgeron just hours after leading LSU to a 42-25 win against Clemson.
Orgeron’s response shouldn’t come as much of a surprise.
