LSU Drops Shriners Classic Finale to Oklahoma, 1-0

HOUSTON, Texas – In a duel between starting pitchers AJ Labas and Dane Acker, the Oklahoma Sooners prevailed and took a 1-0 win over LSU Sunday afternoon at Minute Maid Park.

The Tigers return to Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field Tuesday night to host Southeastern Louisiana. First pitch is set for 6:30 p.m. CT. The game will be broadcast on the SEC Network Plus. Fans can also listen on 98.1 FM in Baton Rouge or online at LSUsports.net/live.

LSU drops to 7-5 on the season, while Oklahoma improves to 9-3.

Acker (1-1) earned the win as he tossed the no hitter.
