BATON ROUGE – LSU freshmen Ingrid Lindblad and Latanna Stone of the women's golf team are currently listed in the Fall 2019 Arnold Palmer Cup rankings. Lindblad is ranked ninth for the International team and Stone is ranked 13th for the USA squad.
The Arnold Palmer Cup is a Ryder Cup-style tournament featuring the top men's and women's university and college golfers matching the United States against a team of international players. The tournament began in 1997 and has been played at some of the world's greatest courses. The 2018 matches at Evian Resort Golf Club became the only major tournament which features men and women playing side-by-side as partners.
